Privacy and club visibility
ZeroToBuilders uses Sentry for operational error monitoring and, with your permission, PostHog for product analytics. Both services are hosted in the United States.
Your club and company visibility
ZeroToBuilders provides private communities for approved university clubs and chapters. Joining through your club’s link shares your name, joining date, signup/payment and access status with that club’s leaders. Your profile, company and revenue are visible to fellow members of the same club through authorized Entregraph reporting. These reports are not public project pages or a cross-club directory. Missing reporting is not represented as zero revenue.
Your email, card details, provider credentials, private roadmap answers and private messages are not shared with fellow members through company reporting. Stripe handles card payments. Private messages and project rooms remain limited to authorized participants. Platform staff may access records needed for support, qualification review, moderation and security.
Qualification and records
Our team reviews each member’s initial 100-day qualification, including Entregraph evidence for a live indie product, Stripe, traffic analytics and an active company social account. We preserve original purchases, activation dates, reviews and account history. Losing member access does not delete the account or these historical records. Club leaders cannot remove members or approve qualification.
Error monitoring
Sentry receives error types, code locations, release versions, and limited request information to help us keep the app reliable. Signed-in errors may include your account identifier. We remove error text, request bodies, credentials, sensitive URL parameters, and private content before sending reports. Monitoring is independent of optional analytics.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, PostHog receives visits and completed actions such as onboarding, linking Entregraph, viewing workspace sections, and completing roadmap tasks. Signed-in activity uses your account identifier. This identifier is personal data, even though we do not send your name or email. Analytics can use browser storage to recognize a consenting session.
We do not use session recording or automatic click capture, and do not send messages, private roadmap answers, bios, files, company reports, or payment details to these services.
Roadmap videos
Some roadmap tasks include YouTube videos. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; the video then plays from youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to it. Other roadmap resources open on their own sites in a new tab.
Your choices
Use “Privacy choices” to decline or withdraw analytics at any time. Declining does not limit membership or app features. Withdrawal stops future analytics and clears analytics identity/storage on this browser; it does not erase previously collected vendor data. Clearing browser storage resets your choice. Entregraph reporting permissions are managed separately from optional analytics; company and revenue visibility to fellow club members is disclosed before joining.
